  • Labs are very important tools to help us understand what is going on in your body. Without them, we would have an incomplete picture of your health.

The labs I include in my package give us information we can actually use to make educated, effective changes for better health.

If you’d like to learn more about the individual labs, see below for more details.

  • Functional practitioners look into the underlying causes of why someone is feeling unwell. They evaluate your whole body to find what is, and isn't, functioning (working) properly. They also believe that each body is different and thus requires personalized care. More natural health solutions are emphasized, such as changing your diet or using supplements.

  • Some issues I help with include (but are not limited to):

    • Gastrointestinal problems like bloating, pain, constipation/diarrhea, food sensitivity, gut dysbiosis, SIBO, IBS, etc.

    • Hormone issues like period pain, PMS, fatigue, irritability, mood swings, infertility, low libido, etc.

    • Thyroid issues, such as Hashimoto's, and hypo/hyperthyroidism.

    • Weight gain/loss

    • Extreme fatigue or lack of energy, not feeling "yourself," not able to do as much as you'd like

    • Concentration issues, lack of focus, lack of mental clarity, trouble remembering words/finishing sentences

    • Trouble falling asleep or staying asleep

    • Frequent infections, sickness, and poor immunity

    • Toxic mold exposure

    • Various syndromes such as Alpha-gal syndrome and MCAS

Please schedule a free call and we can see if I would be a good fit for you. More than anything, I want you to get the help you need and will do everything I can to get you that - whether that means working with me, or referring you to someone who can.
